One of those messed up days...

Had one of those "cheat" days yesterday.  You know, eat like a pig day. It sucked, but it didn't suck.  I haven't eaten in the morning for about two weeks now, so yesterday I started eating in the morning and it didn't stop until 7pm at night. What fasting has taught me in these two weeks is how much food I eat during the day, how I was eating even when I wasn't hungry, that is not good.
Ok, so now that my "cheat" day is out of the way, I am going to stop messing around here.  It is going to get serious, no more fucking around with my diet, I am full in, I want to be lean and strong by summer, it has to be this way. Get it done!!
