Back Again...2/12/2017

It's been a while. There are a lot of new things going on with my fitness that I would like to share. So I have been pretty consistent with my fitness since I have written last summer. My weight has stayed consistent as well, hovering around 230ish. I lift weights three days a week, try to hit all my muscles in those workouts.  Swimming right now is on the back burner, I may get in once a week at most.
I started getting more serious on IF (Intermittent Fasting) again.  My current weight is 219.  I was happy to get under 220, it has been a while. For 2 weeks now I have been doing about a 20 hour fast everyday and would stop eating around 5pm, that way by the time I go to bed my stomach is empty, and I will burn fat throughout the night and through the day until I break my fast at 1pm. So far it has been working out, not too bad, excited about the results.  My goal weight is 200.  I have little mini goals every week that I like to hit.  This week my goal is 217. That would be nice.  I am aiming for 2lbs a week, so we will see how it goes.
